Photo Club Rules & Submission Guidelines
To ensure fairness and maintain a high standard of creativity within Sweet Snapshots Photo Club, all participants must follow our official submission guiedlines. Photographs must fall into one of our three categories: Cakes & Cupcakes, Pastries & Baked Goods, or Frozen & Sweet Treats. Images must be original work taken by the participants and may not include copyrighted and watermarked content that does not belong to the photographer. Acceptable file formats include JPG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP, and each image must not exceed 1MB in file size to ensure proper website performance. Basic editing such as color correction, cropping, and lighting adjustments is allowed; however, excessive manipulation that alters the original dessert appearance is discouraged. All submissions must reflect respectful and appropriate content suitable for an online environment.
Participants may submit ONE photo per category during each contest period. Images should be clear, well-lit, and properly focused and accurately represented. When submitting your photograph please include a short title and brief description of the dessert and photograph technique used. Submissions that do not meet technical requirements or violate community standards may be removed at the discretion of the administrators. Voting is open to all visitors, but duplicates or suspicious voting activity may result in disqualification. By submitting a photograph, participants grant Sweet Snapshots Photo Club permission to display their image within the online gallery and promotional materials. Our goal is to create a welcoming and inspiring space where creativity, professionalism, and respect are always maintained.
